Kim really responds emails and texts right away. She does NOT even stay a minute to respond any question I had about the townhome sale. After I researched her online, I found out that she is first best realtor in Woodbury. I hired her to sell this house during the winter holidays and there few showings during the first couple of months. Eventually, after around 80 days on market it got sold/closed. Kim was the ultimate professional with assisting in the sale of my current home and purchase.
